Denver BAZAAR, since 2015.

It started in early 2015 to keep Denver’s makers working through the winter. That March the original Friday Night BAZAAR opened two doors down from The Source in the RiNo Art District: Denver’s first consistent night market, from the team behind TheBigWonderful (2014). Ten years on, it moves through the city one Saturday at a time.

Ten years, a different block each time.

A Denver BAZAAR takes a street, a lot or a station and turns it into a market for a day, and thousands of shoppers from across the metro area come out for it. Makers meet those shoppers face to face and turn them into customers for life. The neighborhood gets the foot traffic too: the restaurants and food trucks, the yoga studios and gyms, whoever is open on the block.

The tables are handmade goods, fashion, craft and food. The Shop + Sip drink programs at the market bars are what make it feel like a Saturday out instead of an errand.

Makers meet each other here as well. A date puts up to 80 small businesses on one block, and the relationships outlast the weekend.

$20,000,000 in sales for Colorado small businesses since 2015.

5,000+ small businesses have sold here.

75% of them women or minority-owned.
